Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End

Office in Kings Cross

There in the future may be some travel to Ashford Film Studios in Kent and Littlewoods Film Studios in Liverpool

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

CONTRACT *This is a full time role. Salary based on the candidate’s experience.

Department Overview:

We are looking for a highly talented, motivated and passionate DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER to join our growing Film & TV Studios family.

The role would be working in to the Marketing Director and two Co-Owners working across numerous projects for the The Creative District Improvement Co urban regeneration family of creative spaces, Film & TV studios, workspace and social businesses including –TIME + SPACE Studios (Twickenham Film StudiosAshford Film StudiosLittlewoods Film Studios), TIME + SPACE Co (Hornsey Arts Centre) and TIME + WORKSPACE.

 

The role is full time and would be based from:

Twickenham Film Studios in Twickenham

Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End

Kings Cross office

 

The Creative District Improvement Company (TCDIC) is an Urban Regeneration Company with interests that range from residential development to creative clusters and most recently TV & Film studio complexes. TCDIC also retains Time & Space Studios Ltd, its operating platform which currently owns and manages the Oscar winning stages, picture, sound, workspace and social campus Twickenham Film Studios.

 

Primary Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate digital creator – digital marketing creator, social content creator, graphic designer, CRM manager and editor across all the Adventures In Time & Space businesses to elevate our design and digital language, quality, and quantity of our output.

This person will be managing multiple projects across all sites and businesses with a range of schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.

The ideal candidate will be a digitally native – experienced, energetic, focused and self-motivated in relation to all design and digital systems. Have excellent attention to detail, creative eye and vision. This is a demanding and fast paced position that requires someone who is proactive and positive.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website

  • Social

    • Instagram (Feed + Stories + Live + Reels) / Twitter / LinkedIn

      • Curate, manage and post all social content across all channels.

      • Create weekly / monthly social strategies for each channel.

      • Create slates / insta imagery / video content.

      • Ensure exponential social growth across all channels.

      • Manage paid for posts.

      • Ensure links and tags with key creative partners and platforms.

      • Create Vimeo / YouTube account – update and manage all video content to be uploaded there.

      • Create IMDb account – update and manage.

  • Digital Marketing | Mailchimp

    • Curate, manage and share all biweekly Mailchimp campaigns.

    • Manage multiple projects across all sites with a range of budgets and schedules, ensuring all developments are delivered to an exceptional standard.

    • Include interviews / BTS content / work / talent / culture / event spotlights.

  • Graphic Design

    • Develop a brand world look for each of the key businesses.

    • Develop full design assets – logos / pantones / branded slates / decks / docs / templates.

  • Photography

    • Ensure regular content photography for all brands – featuring offering / talent / brand voice / culture / new work / BTS.

  • Merch

    • Design and manage all merch for each brand.

    • Purchase / track against budgets.

  • Marketing Team Support

    • Support with all team admin

      • File creation

      • Data capture

      • File uploads

      • Marketing folders / drive support

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • 3-6+ years experience in design / digital / social / brands.

  • A very keen eye for design and creative brand language.

  • Passionate about contemporary design and digital content.

  • A love of creating engaging content.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects.

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever changing workload under pressure to reach deadlines.

  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.

  • Ability to keep company confidences – discretion and professionalism.

  • Excellent time and workload management skills with strong attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in all key design + video + photography programmes, software and systems.

    • Microsoft Office / Google

    • Canva

    • Photography skills and editing

    • Basic to intermediate video gif editing content filming capabilities – Adobe / Premiere Pro

    • Editor software

    • Later / Hootsuite

    • CRMs

    • Instagram / Twitter / LinkedIn / YouTube / IMDB / Mailchimp / LinkTree

    • And other productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
