News Of The World has received four Oscar nominations at this years 93rd Academy Awards including Best Sound featuring our Twickenham Studios Re-recording Mixer Will Miller.
Huge congratulations to the whole News Of The World team for being nominated in Best Cinematography, Best Production Design, Best Original Score and Best Sound.
Our very own TFS Re-recording Mixer Will Miller joins Michael Fentum, Mike Prestwood Smith, John Pritchett and Oliver Tarney nominated in the category of Best Sound for their work on the Western feature.
This incredible news also follows on from their recent Bafta and Cinema Audio Society (CAS) nominations for Best Sound and Best Sound Mixing respectively.
The TFS team were so proud to work on this inspiring tale of survival, discovery and friendship – supporting the amazing Supervising Sound Editor Oliver Tarney and team. Will Miller carried out the FX Mix at Goldcrest Post, Foley was done at Twickenham Film Studios by Adam Mendez, Oli Ferris, Sophia Hardman and Sue Harding.
