Jeremy Rainbird is an entrepreneur with over 29 years’ experience in content production and property businesses of all disciplines and varieties, including broadcast, production, advertising communications and most recently post production.

Along with Piers Read, Jeremy is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Creative District Company (TCDC), an Urban Regeneration Company with interests that range from residential development to creative clusters and most recently TV and film studio complexes.

TCDC also retains Time + Space Studios Ltd, its operating platform which currently owns and manages the Oscar-winning sound centre, stages and post-production facility at Twickenham Film Studios.

In 2014, Jeremy Rainbird was integral in the funding and setting up of the Merman Group of companies, which is privately owned and operates in the film, television and advertising sectors, and which has offices in London, New York and Los Angeles. Merman is best known for internationally acclaimed shows such as Catastrophe (C4/Amazon), Divorce (HBO), Motherland (BBC, Lionsgate), This Way Up (C4/Hulu) and many more. Merman has won BAFTA‘s and many more global accolades since its launch 7 years ago.

Jeremy was previously CEO of Addiction Worldwide, a creative agency and production company founded in 1998 and, along with his partners, sold in 2012 to the Mission Marketing Group PLC – which at the time was operating in two continents, with over 100 staff and income over £10m per annum. The business was the 1st UK IPA advertising agency to win CPD Gold in its inaugural year of membership and was honoured with being crowned Media Employer of the Year in 2010.

Jeremy Rainbird is an astute spotter of industry trends and market demands. He specialises in ignition stage in his businesses and is always found at the heart of the deal.
