Welcome to Twickenham Film Studios

Set in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, just 25 minutes by train from central London and twenty minutes by car from London's Heathrow Airport, Twickenham Film Studios is surrounded by unique historical locations, both rural and architectural, and the Studio itself has a history spanning nearly one hundred years.

Our aim has always been to establish a warm, friendly creative atmosphere, where professionals can work in comfort.

Our stages have enjoyed an exciting and proud history since 1913. Classic films such as Sherlock Holmes'
The Missing Rembrandt made in the 30's, and in the 60's, the Beatles films, Help and A Hard Day's Night, Roman Polanski's Repulsion and ground breaking films such as Alfie, and Saturday Night and Sunday Morning were all shot on Twickenham's stages.

More recently, Bel Ami and Game Over have been made at Twickenham Film Studios. In the field of television, series such as Horrible Histories have headed up a wide-ranging array of drama, comedy and children's programmes.

Twickenham Film Studios has been at the forefront of the new technology, particularly in the field of post production sound and in keeping with this principal, the studio is constantly evaluating and introducing the most modern working methods and equipment.

Come and visit any time.
